We are less than 20 professionals, but we come from 6 different jurisdictions, and we leverage the advantages of very unique backgrounds to the benefit of our clients.

Our office out of the UK cuts cost for our European work, substantially. We can employ a state-of-the-art legal support team of experienced attorneys and charge our clients for less then the services of paralegals with no experience in the UK.

Our office in the UK provides our Israeli clients direct access to the UK IPO, the EPO and OHIM. We are the only Israeli firm that can do that.

Price

While the UK IPO operates efficiently, most of the UK firms struggle with extremely high overheads, which are a direct result of rent and salaries in the UK.

Fisher Weiler Jones operates in a very unique way. While our substantive work is performed in the UK by UK professionals who worked for reputable firms, we do not believe that it is nessesary to keep our computer records, docketing, and legal support in the UK, where it is more expensive.

Our legal support stuff operates from Tel-Aviv. Unlike most UK firms, it is actually comprised of licensed attorneys, and most of it graduated from UK universities. It is also closely monitored by licensed UK solicitors, in Tel-Aviv. 

Our unique formation allows us to cut overhead down dramatically. This is being transformed to much lower pricing, without any influence on quality.

Simple Fee Structure

In addition to pricing per se, our fee structure is extremely simple. We do not charge for many actions which are normally charged for in UK firms: Consultation, forwarding of documents, hourly charges, etc. We merely charge for filing applications, responding to office actions and forwarding certificates of registrations.

This makes it much easier to handle files with us, as it minimizes the interactions between our accounting departments.

Responsiveness

We work from two different countries, 6 days a week. We are extremely committed to our work and many of us are also connected to their emails during non-working hours. We normally respond to enquiries within no more than a few hours.

Paperless Office

Being completely paperless makes it very easy for us to locate documents, and hence, very easy for us to respond to questions about files. We never have to “look up a document in an archive” to provide an answer. We always have all the documents immediately in front of us, and are able to respond to your enquries right away.
